This is a drum pack made of field recordings from a particularly wild American “4th of July”. All of the explosions were recorded on my Zoom H1, literally on my mother’s front doorstep. This was not part of a show, just random people back in 2017 setting off their little fire missiles. There is even a neighbour screaming from one of those little poppers being thrown at her. (Sort of reminds me of the “It takes two” shout.
